We understand that productivity thrives when employees have the flexibility to structure their work in a way that fits their lives. That’s why we offer a flexible workweek, allowing employees to work:
4 to 5 days per week
28 to 35 hours per week, depending on what makes the most sense for them.
Upon hire, employees will generally choose their schedule based on their role and preferences. While job duties and workload are structured around this agreed-upon schedule, employees can occasionally request one-time or long-term adjustments to accommodate changing needs.

We believe in a healthy work-life balance and provide generous paid time off for our U.S.-based employees. Our PTO policy includes:
4 weeks of paid time off in the first year
5 weeks in years two and three
6 weeks starting in year four and beyond
10 paid holidays in line with major U.S. market closures*
*New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
We believe in treating employees with respect at every stage of their career, including transitions. That’s why we offer severance packages when employment ends under qualifying circumstances, giving our team members peace of mind every day.
Specific terms depend on the role, but generally, new hires begin with a 90-day trial period. After this period, severance eligibility is based on seniority and job level, typically ranging from 1 to 12 weeks of pay between notice and severance.
This support allows our employees to focus on their work without worrying about unexpected changes, knowing they have a safety net in place.
